Tap the "+" button on the Medicines tab to open the Add Medicine form. Enter the medicine name, dosage, and optionally add a photo and inventory count. Tap "Save" to add it to your list.

PillNest uses Android's native alarm system for maximum reliability. Alarms will ring even in Do Not Disturb mode if you grant the necessary permissions. However, alarms cannot ring when the phone is completely powered off.

By default, all your medicine data is stored locally on your device for maximum privacy. However, we now offer optional Google Sign-In which securely stores your account information. In future updates, this will allow you to sync your medicine data across multiple devices.

When adding or editing a medicine, scroll down to the Inventory section. Enter the current stock count. PillNest will automatically decrease the count each time you take the medicine and warn you when stock is low.

Absolutely! You can use all core features of PillNest without signing in. Your data will remain 100% local on your device.

If you choose to sign in, you can delete your account at any time from the app settings. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.
